Caldo de Res con Fideos


  • 1/2 kg de falda de res cortada en trozos
  • 1 paquete de 200 g de fideo delgado
  • 1/2 cebolla
  • 1 diente de ajo
  • 1 taza de ejotes picados
  • 2 chayotes pelados y cortados en cubos
  • 2 zanahorias peladas y rebanadas
  • 2 calabazas rebanadas
  • Sal al gusto

Modo de preparación

1. En la olla de presión cocina la carne con agua suficiente, el ajo, la cebolla y sal durante 35 minutos después de que escape el vapor; deja enfriar la olla antes de abrirla.

2. Agrega los ejotes, el chayote y la zanahoria y cocina a fuego medio hasta que las verduras estén suaves (cuida que no se deshaga el chayote).

3. Por último, añade las calabazas y el fideo y cocina 10 minutos más o hasta que los fideos estén cocidos; rectifica la sazón, retira del fuego y sirve.
